i was wondering how to put up or submit any screenshots.

You can learn how to post screenies on this forum by clicking the "UBB Code is ON" link next to the box you type your messages in. If you'd like to post screenies in the Download section, you'll have to find some webspace (or just get them to me somehow) and click "Add a site" in the Download section, and it will go up as soon as I am able to validate it.
