Sorry for the cross post, but I have to make sure everyone gets this info, if you plan on attending our So. Cal. Paintball bash on the 20th of January.
Ok, we are all set folks... reservation is confirmed and we even have THE best referee on the field as our personal dude, all day.
I'm looking forward to this...
NOW: We will begin taking prepayments now. It will be $33 dollars if you are renting, and $20 if not.
I'd like to have everyone's money together BEOFRE we show up on the 20th. Sorry to do it this way, but it will take way too much time to register everyone if we don't.
If for some reason you cannot send the $$ in early... then you have got to show up early in the morning at the field and meet up with me.
I have had to eat (pay for out of my pocket) extra reservation spots many times, and frankly I do not care to do so again.
If we come up 3 ppl short for some reason.. then that means we still have to pay for their spots in order to qualify for the group rate, etc. etc. So if we do end up short, expect me to be asking for small donations to fill the gap... couple of bucks each.
WHAT THIS MEANS: If you have committed to come and sent me the money, and for some reason you cannot make it... the $$ stays in the pot. IF you have some situation come up, and there are enough players to cover the cost for the day, then you will receive a refund.
We need at least 30 people to make this happen. So far, it looks like that shouldn't be a problem... so lets all get with it and send in the committed cash.
