Yes, I've gone and changed stuff again. I just can't help it! But this time I promise never to mess with everything again! :)

I'd like to present the new and final look to Fr3nsyc.net (http://www.fr3nsyc.net). It is fully integrated with the forums, and hopefully won't have as short a life as the previous front page did. Best of all, anyone who would like to post news is more than welcome to! Anything you post, however, is subject to approval and will not be displayed until then. This is only because it is open to every registered user, and once someone feels the need to spam the front page with useless posts, it won't ruin the site.

I've also made some behind-the-scenes optimizations by cleaning out some irrevelant stuff. This may have affected some users and their ability to see & access certain forums. If you are one of these users, please PM me!

I can't think of anything else to report at the moment, except to keep an eye out for little changes from now on! :D I hope you enjoy the new layout.

I'm working on bringing back the styles & hacks that were here before the change. That'll take a bit of time, but they'll be back soon! :)

I have a question Jazzy...do you think that you could reduce the minimum word length on the search box to just 1 word? Usually if I put in all 4 words no responses will come up because I made it too specific.

Otherwise....love tha new look!

I can search for one word just fine. The word has to be longer than 3 letters, though.

That's always been one of my gripes with Vbulletin...

That 4 letter limit....

Whenever I do a search on a VBB board that's technical, you can never search for things like:

ftp php web etc....

Is there any way to increase the number on VBB Systems?

vBulletin uses a separate database for searches, hence the minimum character limitation. The more words you allow into this database, the larger it gets (and it's pretty large).

I'll lower it to a minimum of 3 characters and a maximum of 17. Most other vB owners claim this creates the same size database as a 4/19 search index would.

You got as much disk space as you need... Don't worry about size...
