Question about Admin Mod

A friend of mine has started his own server, and is running admin mod on it.

He doesn't know a lot of the commands, and I figured that you guys have had some extensive experience with it... (such as forcing weapon drops and holding people in place for knife rounds, "possessing" players, etc etc)...

Does anyone know of a place with good documentation on it... or will someone type up some stuff about the mod commands?

I figured that since they didn't know any of the commands (and they were the ones to put admin mod onto the server)... they'd have checked the obvious sites.

Well I looked at the site and didn't find one thing that I wanted...

Since you guys have done this before, how do you force people to weapondrop and then hold them until the pistols disappear? (for knife arenas...)
