I hesitate to write this post, and believe it or not, it's been a few hours since I first considered writing this, because I do not want to come off as "whining" or as demanding anything.
I've kind of gotten a bit back into CS (kinda played a lot less before I left for Japan and for the first few days after I returned), and have even spent a greater deal of time in Fr3nsyc. Of the late, I've noticed a lot less regulars playing in there, and even less Fr3nsyc administrators. The only ones that I see still playing now and then are BloodShot and Lead. Others have made special appearances though. For instance, I spotted Moose today and even played a few games with him. And hippi_fox came in for about half a round yesterday.
Despite the fact that we DO have one or two admins in the server every so often, it does not seem enough. As Lead replied once to my complaint that there were 5 TKers within the same hour, "Really? Must be a slow day." The fact is that there are too many lamers, and not enough admins around (or they are simply not around often enough) to take care of them instantaneously.
The current system that I run by (and have been running by since I joined Fr3nsyc) is simply writing down names with WON IDs and taking note of time/place/offense, and then sending them over here or directly to Gegs. I do not mind doing this at all, as it simply serves the community as a whole - myself included.
So I am writing a very long post for a very small reason - but it's probably one that's been brought up many times in the past and simply ignored or beaten down. I am simply asking for you (any of you) to take a look at the logs of Fr3nsyc #2, and look for any good candidates who may serve well as Fr3nsyc administrators.
Last but not least, I would like to stress that I am not demanding anything or complaining about server conditions - because Gegs is always nice enough to reply to my requests promptly when it comes to making bans. But it would be awesome if we had just a few more admins around and, whenever a lamer appears and starts to make trouble, they could kick the lamer's booty out of the server IMMEDIATELY.
And hey... it saves you guys the trouble of having to dig through logs all the time. Cause my TK reports aren't gonna stop coming. ;)
