The funniest book, rather series, that I've read without just because I wanted to is "The Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy" series.
Definately the weirdest and funniest.

I prefer WIZARDS FIRST RULE by Terry Goodkind or THE EYE OF THE WORLD by Robert Jordan....
Wizards First Rule is part of the "SWORD OF TRUTH" series....
and
Eye Of The World is part of the "WHEEL OF TIME" series...
like i said...both great books and series starters!

Ya know, not one of us answered poor Ambi's post question or managed to stay 'on thread'. I guess I'm the worst.. as I started off down the book path 1st.
Ambi: yes... I agree.
Ok... back to the books...
Anyone ever read Time Storm by Gordon Dickson? Wonderful sci-fi story.
